科室简介

海南医学院第二附属医院肿瘤医学中心（肿瘤内科）成立于1984年5月4日，是省内最早成立的集医疗、教学、科研为一体的肿瘤专科。目前是海南医学院内科学专业（肿瘤学方向）博士、硕士学位授权点。肿瘤内科现开放床位69张、日间化疗床位25张，年出院患者超6000人次。科室共有医生16人、护士30人。医生团队中有硕士研究生导师2名、博士3名、硕士12名,其中高级职称9名、中级职称5名、初级职称2名。

近年来先后承担11项国家级和省厅级科研项目，发表学术论文60余篇，其中SCI收录20余篇。以主要研究者（PI）身份发起或参与40余项国内外多中心临床研究，研究结果多次荣登美国临床肿瘤学会（ASCO）壁报。经过多年发展，科室现已成为海南省I级临床重点学科、海南省院士工作站（现更名为院士创新平台）、癌痛规范化治疗示范病房、难治性疼痛规范化诊疗示范基地、CINV规范化管理示范病房、癌症筛查科普教育基地。目前科室继续推进软硬件建设，期待以一流的设备、精湛的技术为广大肿瘤患者提供优质的医疗服务。

肿瘤内科下设4个治疗小组，分为肺部肿瘤、乳腺妇科肿瘤、食管胃肠肿瘤、肝胆肿瘤、泌尿生殖肿瘤和头颈部肿瘤6个亚专业方向，常规开展肿瘤微创诊疗（B超/CT引导下微创穿刺诊断、微波/射频消融治疗等）、分子生物学指引下肿瘤个体化诊疗和全程管理、抗肿瘤药物临床研究、复杂血管条件下静脉输液通道建立技术（PICC、输液港等）、肿瘤MDT多学科诊疗等多个专业特色技术。科室继续完善人才梯队建设和特色亚专业建设，持续提升在省内影响力与辐射力。

Introduction to the Department

The Department of Medical Oncology, Cancer Treatment Center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University, was established on 4 May 1984, which is the first oncology specialty department in Hainan province. The Department of Medical Oncology integrates oncological medical treatment, scientific research and teaching。At present, it is the doctoral and master's degree awarding body of Internal Medicine (Oncology Department) of Hainan Medical University. The Department of Medical Oncology now has 69 beds and 25 day chemotherapy beds, with more than 6,000 patients discharged annually. There are 16 doctors and 32 nurses in the department. There are 2 Master's Degree Mentor, 3 Doctors, 12 Masters, 9 Senior Registrars, 5 Intermediate Registrars and 2 Junior Registrars in the medical team.

In the last few years, the team has carried out 11 national and provincial research projects and published more than 60 academic papers, including more than 20 SCI-indexed papers.As PI or participated ,the team has initiated in more than 40 domestic and international multi-centre clinical studies, and his research results have been published many times in the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) wall papers. After years of development, the Department has now become a Class I Clinical Key Discipline in Hainan Province, an Academician Workstation in Hainan Province (now renamed Academician Innovation Platform), a demonstration ward for standardised treatment of cancer pain, a demonstration base for standardised diagnosis and treatment of refractory pain in Hainan Province, a demonstration ward for standardised management of CINV in Hainan Province, and a base for popular education of screening science. At present, the department continues to promote the construction of hardware and software, and looks forward to providing high-quality medical services to the majority of oncology patients with first-class equipment and exquisite technology.

The Department of Medical Oncology consists of 4 treatment groups divided into 6 subspecialties: lung tumours, breast and gynaecological tumours, oesophageal and gastrointestinal tumours, liver and gallbladder tumours, genitourinary tumours and head and neck tumours. The department has developed a number of special techniques, such as the creation of intravenous infusion channels under vascular conditions (PICC, infusion port, etc.), multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment of tumours by MDT, etc. The department will continue to improve the talent team. The department will continue to improve the construction of talent level and characteristic subspecialty construction, and continue to enhance its influence and radiant power in the province.

放射科是医院首批成立的科室之一，经过几代人的努力，已发展成拥有普放、介入、CT、MR等门类齐全的大型综合放射科，分布在总院、东湖门诊部、乌石分院三个功能区。在院领导的正确领导下，近年更得到突飞猛进的发展。主要体现在设备先进、技术力量雄厚、诊断和治疗水平明显提高，成为医院在临床、教学、科研等方面的重要力量。

先进设备：目前放射科配备磁共振2部、螺旋CT 5部、双平板血管机1部、DR 5部、数字胃肠机2部、 乳腺DR 1部、移动DR 2部和CR 2部等先进设备，其中包括美国GE750W大孔径3T MR、德国西门子1.5T MR、第二代双源CT、64排VCT。配备分布全院的PACS系统。

人员:诊断组、技术组、护士组和介入组约60人，其中主任医师3名、副主任医师3名、副主任技师1名、副主任护师1名，中级人员约26人。中国医学科学院附属阜外医院凌坚教授是我院外聘的心血管影像诊断和介入专家，在专业上具有较高的造诣，在小儿先天性心脏疾病的微创治疗方面享有较高的声誉。她长期在我院开展心血管介入治疗手术和指导工作，解决了多种心血管疑难杂症的诊疗问题，得到患者的一致好评。

临床工作特色：普通放射开展全身各系统各部位的具体投照及牙片摄影任务，可开展各种特殊造影检查；CT、 MR全身各部位各系统的平扫及增强检查，在CT血管成像、MR各种高级功能成像方面形成自己的特色；乳腺DR有专人检查和专人诊断；介入治疗组是省内最早开展介入治疗的科室，目前可开展的项目有：肿瘤介入治疗和外周血管介入治疗、心脏介入治疗、神经系统介入治疗等。学科发展将在夯实各个亚专业基础上大力发展心血管CT和MR诊断，发展分子影像诊断。

教学：我院医学影像学住院医师规范化培训基地是我省首批获得国家级培训基地之一。我科长期承担海南医学院本科教学，承担海南医学院、农垦卫校、省卫校及省外医学院校学生实习和医师进修的培训任务，教师都拥有丰富的临床带教经验，多次被海南医学院评为优秀实习带教科室。因上机操作机会多，病例讨论和教学读片规范，受到实习生、进修生的普遍好评，是影像学学习的理想基地。

科研：目前我科开展了多项省自然科学基金的课题研究，但科研力量相对薄弱，期望着各位青年才俊的加盟，相信在全院重点加强科研发展的道路上机会多多，前途光明。
